Expo 2016 Antalya is organized with the philosophy of "A Green World for Future Generations" and the theme of "Flowers and Children". The sub-themes of history, bio-diversity, sustainability and green cities were used in the organization where the slogan "Green the Future" was used. Expo 2016, which was officially held with the participation of 52 countries and unofficially with the participation of 3 countries, hosted various organizations and local and foreign concerts during its 6-month active period. This exhibition in the A1 category, on an area of 1121 decares in Aksu District, officially lasted for 6 months. However, the duration of Expo 2016 Antalya has been extended for 2 more months until 31 December 2016. Some parts of this area, which is still open to visitors, are available to visit. Its total cost has reached 1.6 billion TL.
