Purpose and Basis of Processing Your Personal Data and Your Related Rights

As Antalya Metropolitan Municipality (“Municipality”), we have the title of Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation; We operate by the law to fulfill the following purposes and legal obligations.

As it has been up to now, these personal data will be processed and stored for the periods prescribed by the Law, based on your express consent or the exceptions granted in the Law, by taking information security measures, provided that they are not used outside of the purposes and scope determined by our Municipality.

Detailed information on the purposes for which your personal data is processed and transferred by our Municipality is given below.

Purposes of Obtaining, Processing and Using Your Personal Data by Our Institution

Personal data of our citizens, pursuant to Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK; It is processed for the following purposes, such as performing service activities, managing and conducting citizen relations, meeting citizen demands:

›› To increase the satisfaction of our citizens, to be able to use them in various public activities and to organize surveys in electronic and/or physical environment through contracted institutions,

›› To be able to offer suggestions to our citizens and to inform them about our services,

›› To be able to evaluate complaints, requests and suggestions about our services,

›› To be able to fulfill our legal obligations and to exercise the rights arising from the current legislation,

›› To perform public services within the scope of municipal services and to serve our citizens better,

›› To be able to collect IP address and similar information in accordance with the "cookie policy" of those who use our site through the website / mobile applications,

›› To be able to provide information to public officials, upon request and in accordance with the legislation, on matters related to public safety,

›› To be able to provide better municipal services to our citizens, to develop business processes in favor of our citizens,

›› Conducting field surveys, electronic and/or physical surveys on the website and/or mobile applications in order to measure citizen satisfaction,

›› To prevent fraud and other illegal activities.

›› With the help of security cameras in our service buildings and parks, camera images are taken in places such as buildings, facilities and parks in order to ensure public safety and occupational safety.

Sharing Your Personal Data

Personal Data belonging to our citizens and processed by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality are never shared with third parties; however, Personal Data belonging to our citizens in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the KVKK and within the scope of the Personal Data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 8th and 9th articles of the KVKK; We can share it

Your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law

As the relevant person or the legal representative of the relevant person, you can apply to our Municipality, which is the Data Controller, at any time and use the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698.

You can personally hand in either a petition with an original signature clearly expressing which rights to be used regarding your rights on the Law or with the identitiy confirming documents and Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Application Form on the Protection of Personal Data available on the link to Yüksekalan Mah. Written applications containing the above-mentioned requests from the relevant person or legal representative to our Municipality will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days.
