USER AGREEMENT

People and organizations that participate in our site named www.antalya.bel.tr with all subdomains, use our site, receive and send materials such as information, images, videos, pictures, photographs are deemed to have read and accepted the following conditions.

1- PERSONAL INFORMATION and ACCESS

1.1. Members and users are obliged to provide all kinds of information, such as identity information, telephone information, notification address, correspondence address, e-mail, telephone, IP number, in a truthful manner, if requested. Members and users agree that if they need to make a payment, they will also provide their credit card information via the internet or make a payment over the internet when necessary, and in this case, they are responsible for the safe execution of the transaction.
1.2. 2- RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS AND USERS

2.2. There are some issues that are considered crimes and require compensation due to the Turkish Constitution, the Turkish Penal Code and related special laws. Therefore, the members and users accept in advance that the following issues that disrupt public security, national unity and solidarity and are also contrary to general morality, public interest, fundamental rights and freedoms cannot be included in the site, otherwise they will be personally responsible for this: All kinds of actions, texts, videos, photographs, slogans, pictures, cartoons, lines, lyrics, songs, melodies, comments,etc. Otherwise, they are obliged to meet all kinds of requests to be addressed by “www.antalya.bel.tr” and to pay any compensation, including fines, to the management.
2.3. Members and users cannot make advertisements and promotions, commercial mobile and interactive applications directly or indirectly within the “www.antalya.bel.tr”.
2.4. Members and users agree not to access or use the private, confidential programs, files, information or areas with similar content of other members and users (individuals or organizations) without permission. Otherwise, any criminal and civil responsibility that may arise from them belongs to himself/herself.
2.5. Members and users accept and undertake that “www.antalya.bel.tr” management may remove the above-mentioned materials uploaded or disclosed by members and users, based on a notification, warning and warning or not, and block access when necessary. In addition, the management of antalya.bel.tr always has the right to permanently or temporarily suspend or cancel the service and material provided unilaterally, without giving any reason.
2.6. Members and users cannot engage in activities that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the website, and cannot overload and lock servers or databases with automatic programs. Otherwise, any criminal and civil responsibility that may arise from them belongs to himself/herself.
2.7. Members and users agree that the following materials will be deleted without warning:
- Advice of insults and harassment, pornography, banned gambling, gaming, betting sales or use of any prescription drug and any addictive substance,
- All kinds of materials including guns, explosives, and any material that cannot prove its right ownership or authorization certificate directly or via message on the Website,
- Any kind of human or animal injury, killing, shredding, brutality, in short, in terms of serious human psychology.
2.8. . Members and users can always access and update their personal information. These include an e-mail address and password. In addition to these, members and users also have the authority to delete all intellectual and industrial works such as actions, texts, videos, photographs, slogans, pictures, cartoons, songs, melodies, images, lines, words, comments. Deleted data and material will not be used by www.antalya.bel.tr and will not be transferred to third parties in the future. However, in order to benefit from this, the member and the user must delete this item before its transfer to third parties and its public offering. Otherwise, www.antalya.bel.tr and its managers are not responsible for controlling, retrieving, deleting and auditing information.

3- LEGAL LIABILITY

3.1.Members and users accept that all thoughts and intellectual works (such as action, text, video, photo, slogan, picture, cartoon, lines, word, song, melody, comment) that they express or upload on the internet belong to them or that they have the authority to use, disseminate, make available to the public, trade them etc. Otherwise, they also accept and declare that they are personally responsible for all kinds of follow-ups and requests against the website www.antalya.bel.tr and its officials.
3.2.Members and users are individually responsible to www.antalya.bel.tr management as well as official institutions, organizations, and third parties related to the quality and content of the disclosed materials such as actions, texts, videos, photographs, slogans, pictures, cartoons, lines, words, comments.
3.3.Members and users declare and confirm that they are legally authorized to use the services and log in to the site, and that they undertake all kinds of responsibilities related to service selection, use and access to the site, and that there is no obstacle in this regard. Members and users accept and undertake that their access may be blocked by the management of www.antalya.bel.tr even if they fulfil these commitments.

4- LEGAL PERMISSION

4.1.Members and users agree and undertake that they have transferred the following rights to third parties with respect to all intellectual (action, text, video, photo, slogan, picture, cartoon, song, melody, image, line, word, comment etc.) and industrial works, which they undertake to belong to them, that they are responsible for their untrueness, that they express and upload on the internet, without limitation of place, time and number:
a. Written processing in article 21 of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, reproduction regulated in article 22, dissemination regulated in article 23, written representation in article 24, all kinds of sign, sound and image transmission regulated in article 25, and public transmission financial rights,
b. All rights that belong to them and/or that they have taken over from right holders and related right holders,
c. Recording all over the world on music cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, audio and video carriers to be developed now and in the future, and the reproduction, dissemination, placing on the market, representation and other forms of broadcasts (cable, satellite, terrestrial, digital, analog, encrypted) broadcasting rights on television and radio,
d. Reproduction, dissemination, placing on the market and representation rights of these audio and/or video recordings in internet, mobile and similar computer environments, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), GSM environments (mobile phone ringtones, etc.),
e. In addition to the rights to process, disseminate, reproduce and represent these audio and video recordings as video clips, the broadcasting rights and methods of broadcasting on television that have been created or will be created in the future in other ways (cable, satellite, terrestrial, digital, analog, encrypted).
f. They accept, declare and undertake that they have transferred the rights set forth in "a" above to third parties without limitation of place, time and number.
4.2.Members and users accept and undertake that they will not use or make use of the materials and data they watch, obtain, download on the www.antalya.bel.tr site for the following purposes, except for the conditions specified on the site and without permission:
-They cannot use them for other than individual purposes.
-They cannot be traded.
-They cannot be transferred to third parties.
-They cannot use them by making stock and archiving.

5- PRIVACY
