Nomadics, with their traditional clothes and camel caravan, created vibrant visuals in the migration walk which started after the wreath-laying ceremony in Cumhuriyet Square.
Camel Caravan Immigration Enthusiasm in Antalya
The International Antalya Yörük Türkmen Festival, which will take place in Antalya for 3 days, began with great enthusiasm. The International Antalya Yörük Türkmen Festival, held by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality with contributions from 29 countries, 11 metropolitan cities, 28 district municipalities, 128 groups, and 68 women's cooperatives, began with nomadic migration. A wreath-laying ceremony was held before the theatrical nomadic migration between Cumhuriyet Square and Karaalioğlu Park.
Immigration Prayer
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek, Antalya Deputies, Mayors, provincial heads of political party members, and representatives of Yörük-Türkmen associations attended the opening ceremony. Following the folk dance performances, Mayor Muhittin Böcek of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality laid a wreath at the National Ascension Monument in Cumhuriyet Square. After a minute of silence, the National Anthem was played. The representative nomadic migration began after the Immigration Prayer was read, and it lasted till the Karaalioğlu Park.
Camel Caravans in Antalya Streets
Representative immigration was enthusiastically received. The festival was carried to Antalya streets by nomadic migration, in which guest countries participating in the International Antalya Yörük Festival and nomadic associations dressed in traditional clothing. The nomadic movement began in Cumhuriyet Square and ended on Atatürk Street. At the head of the procession was Mayor Muhittin Böcek. Along the migratory route, citizens of Antalya applauded the festival and the cortege. Nomads riding camels clothed in garments arrived at Karaalioğlu Park, attracting the attention of Antalya residents and tourists.

The typical Nomadic Migration walk ended in Karaalioğlu Park, in front of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.Mayor Muhittin Böcek welcomed each member of the cortege individually and posed for photos with them.
