Enthusiastic Closing to the Yörük Festival

The International Yörük Türkmen Festival, organized by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, ended with great enthusiasm. Famous artist Zara, who took the stage on the last day of the Yörük Festival, gave a magnificent concert. The third and last day of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality International Antalya Yörük Türkmen Festival passed with great enthusiasm. For the Yörük Türkmen Festival, the people of Antalya flocked to the area of the International Yörük Türkmen Festival held in Aksu Solak Mahallesi At Çayırı, starting from the early hours of the morning. Citizens who wanted to reach the festival area formed long queues. The Yörük Türkmen Festival attracted great attention from the citizens of Antalya and the surrounding provinces throughout the day.

Music Feast from Zara

The final of the Yörük Türkmen Festival, which witnessed great enthusiasm with different activities throughout the day, ended with the Zara concert. Zara, the powerful voice of Turkish Folk Music, excited her fans with her most beautiful pieces, and had a pleasant evening with her stage performance. During the concert held at the festival area, Zara gave her thousands of fans an unforgettable night with her popular folk songs.

At the closing ceremony of the Yörük Türkmen Festival, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek also watched the Zara concert. Mayor Böcek, presenting flowers and a plaque to Zara in memory of the concert, said, “I would like to thank our Yörük and Türkmen citizens for not leaving us alone for three days. We experienced the Yörük-Türkmen culture to the fullest for three days. We introduced our culture, we kept it alive. We will continue our festival in the coming years. With your support, we will continue to expand and develop our festival with the understanding that we can do it together. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to the festival. Also, happy mother's day to all our mothers. On the other hand, carnations were presented to the women who watched the concert due to Mother's Day.

Before the Zara concert, the citizens who filled the area were enthused with the nomadic style. Folk Dances from the Turkic World and Kyrgyzstan Folk Music, the show was highly appreciated. Uğur Önür, with his nomadic style, gave a magnificent concert. Salamat Sadıkova gave the audience a wonderful time with the Kyrgyzstan Folk Music concert that took the stage afterwards. There was a cultural feast at the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality's International Yörük Türkmen Festival, which started on Friday, May 6 and lasted for three days.
